JOS CRISIS AGAIN (NIGERIA)

Violence, again, erupts in Jos, Plateau State capital, today leading to looting and burning of houses - and dislocation of hundreds of people. Security officers have however been deployed to the scene and a police officer said the crisis has been contained.

The communal harmony and peace which the mining town used to have has broken down following several inter-ethnic clashes over the years. Security agencies have identified disagreement over indigeneship, ownership of Jos, politics, ignorance and unemployment as the major causes of the mayhem.

Hundreds of lives and property worth millions of naira were lost in the last major riots in the town, on November 28, 2008 which occurred over a local election. Both state and federal government set up parallel committees to investigate this. The state panel, headed by Bola Ajibola completed its work last year and had submitted its recommendation to the state government. The presidential panel is still conducting its sitting into the crisis.

There was even as some women in Vwang district protested alleged extra-judicial killings by security men following Monday’s killing of a young man in Bukuru. The women who wore all black attires lamented that those sent to defend them were now killing them.

There was a near showdown between the police guards at the Police Staff College and the military men who were said to have gone to the college in two armed personnel carriers, APCs, with number NA 25-950322 and NA 25-95032333 and two Hilux trucks with number FGN 373A0/3 and PL274101.

Why Hire A Designer?

A lot of online business owners start with no money. They have to do everything themselves -- the preparation of a product, the development of a marketing strategy, the actual building of a website to cater to their product's marketing needs. As their business expands over time, they will find that their simple "homemade" site might not be enough to cover everything, and they will have to take a day or two away to simply dedicate that to the website expansion.

Sounds familiar? Chances are, you're someone who started everything with no money too, so you're pretty skeptical when it comes to giving away your money in exchange for something that you could have done yourself. However, there is a lot more to hiring a designer than just finishing up a job that you don't want to do.

When you hire a web designer to do your job for you, you are doing more than just handing over the "dirty job" to someone else. In fact, by paying a little money, you can let the designer worry about the little annoyances that always evade the main picture and only come haunting when you're halfway through the job. That way, you will be more focused and have more time to spend on your actual business strategy.

On the other hand, the designers you hire a professionals so they are good at what they do. By outsourcing your web design jobs to them, you won't have to worry when problems surface because you can always get them to fix it for you. Again, they will be able to pin point the problem and fix it faster than you probably will be able to.

Also, the work you pay for will turn out more professional than what you can achieve because the designers have been doing it longer than you have. After all, they do it for a living so they have to be good!

So, remember to not just work your business, but grow your business too!

Why is a Logo Design So Inevitable?

Logos are an inherent part of marketing these days. There is no doubt about that fact that they work immensely to sell a company's products.

A logo is the most apparent identification mark of a company. Since so much importance is held by a logo design UK, it's very important to hire a talented logo design UK company for preparing the same.

This kind of a company can only design a logo that sells the products and works with the audience minds. The level of flawless quality is also crucial because all kind of faults found in the logo have an impact on the image of the company forever.

It ruins the impression of a company to have a logo that has graphic design errors in it.

That's why, even in spite the seemingly high charges of a logo design company UK, you should not face any hesitation in taking its services.

A logo makes the biggest impression of a company on the sensibilities of a customer and without it, everything else is just powerless. The company might be spending so many dollars on its marketing design, but they are worthless without the adequate quality of logo. So, a company should not ignore the significance of a logo. If it's not of the requisite quality, customers won't

even ponder much to substitute someone else's products for yours.

For them, spending money on you is just a waste of time because a company not focusing on its logo will only deliver dubious quality of products. It's one thing to prepare a logo and another thing to win customers through it. Customers look at a logo the maximum number of times and when it looks average, how can they make the purchase of your products neglecting someone else for it.

A logo is one of the foremost marketing assets of a company without which things just can't happen in its favor. Customer decisions are biased towards those companies having aesthetically satisfying logos.

A logo is the most apparent identification mark of a company. Since so much importance is held by a logo design UK, it's very important to hire a talented logo design UK company for preparing the same.

How Zac Johnson Made $860,538.38 PROFIT in 4 Month!

n my spare time, i do a lot of reading blogs that inspires me and over the years, i have come up with quite an array of blog that ranges from Neil Partel’s Quicksprout, to John Chow’s as well as Shoemoney. One of the new addition is a kid on the block who is soo inspiring. Zac Johnson writes a lot of inspiring post that reall ranges from CPA marketing to how to make money with various other methods. Zac Johnson actually makes money online and he’s recently posted cheque’s on how he made over $800,000 within 4 months!!!

SUrprised????….Here is a copy of one of his cheque below:

I envy the guy really and i simply can’t hide it…..lol

Zac Johnson made this much cash from advertising on his website on both CPM, PPC basis using advertising companies like Google Adsense, ValueClick Media, Yahoo publisher Network and NeverBlueAds.

There are a few attributes that made his model successful, and from what i read, they include;

1. Traffic: Traffic is the most important thing to a website. A website, no matter how good is like a shop in a desert. If you have a website and you are not driving traffic to it, then its as useless as a waste in a dustbin.

2. Hardwork: Most of the pages of his website (10,000) were html web pages hand coded by him. He worked tirelessly to ensure that the site is a continuous success. I know a lot of people who want to earn money from thin air without doing any work.

Its either they are looking for an holy grail or a proven system that does not requires any wahala whatsoever. I mist say that THERE IS NOTHING LIKE THAT!

Enough of my rantings…
